Client: Business Wales
Since April 2013, Canta has been supporting the Welsh Government’s Business Wales Team in Mid and West Wales with their Marketing and Communication requirements. Working with a variety of new and growing businesses and following Welsh Government branding & Communication guidelines in the preparation of copy, has allowed us the opportunity to adopt a more focused approach to our articles. Identifying businesses with the capacity to appeal to a wide audience gives us the necessary tools to create attractive stories designed to encourage existing business to get in touch.
The premise to the way we approach our PR work is based on building relationships. This is paramount to our success. We keep in regular contact with clients ensuring that details are correct and their approval is sought before publication.

Testimonial from Shayne Yates, Regional Manager, Mid & West Wales, Business Wales
“Over the last 12 months Canta has been working close with myself to develop, create and implement our client case studies through to the point of being published across all the major newspapers across Pembrokeshire, Ceredigion, Carmarthenshire and Powys. They have been a real asset to me over this period through their unique ability to take a real interest in our client which has made a significant impact upon the quality of the published case studies. Their team of staff are really approachable and easy to work with and at times have had to work with tight timescales which has never been an issue to meet the press demands.”
Testimonial from MudTrek
“We were approached by Canta to take part in a Business Wales PR campaign for Carmarthenshire. We had contacted Business Wales for support to apply for a grant to help us with the purchase of mountain bikes for our business based in Brechfa Forest. The grant application was successful. Securing the fundingenabled us to invest in the finest mountain bikes possible which was a huge boost to the business.
The Canta team were very professional, explaining the purpose and process of the campaign fully. We were kept informed throughout and given the opportunity to approve what had been prepared at each stage before publication. Although the campaign did not run immediately, we were informed in good time about when, and in which publications our article was going to appear. We were more than happy with the finished product”.
